πŸ“¦ 1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, but only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories and tags.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Minor color or design variations caused by screen or lighting differences.

  • Change-of-mind after delivery.


πŸ” 2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing:

Please include the following:

  • Your name and contact number

  • Order ID and product details

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product showing the issue (if applicable)


πŸ’΅ 3. Refunds

Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued only to the customer who placed the original order.

Note: Refunds will not be issued if the return is found to be invalid or the product is not in acceptable condition.


🚚 4. Return Pickup Process

If your return is approved:

  • We will schedule a pickup at the original delivery address.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging.

  • Return pickup must be completed within 5 days of approval.


❗ 5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately at [email protected]. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
