You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, but only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories and tags.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
We do not accept returns for:
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Minor color or design variations caused by screen or lighting differences.
Change-of-mind after delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing:

Please include the following:
Your name and contact number
Order ID and product details
Reason for the return
Photos of the product showing the issue (if applicable)
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued only to the customer who placed the original order.
Note: Refunds will not be issued if the return is found to be invalid or the product is not in acceptable condition.
If your return is approved:
We will schedule a pickup at the original delivery address.
Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging.
Return pickup must be completed within 5 days of approval.
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately at [email protected]. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
